Cammeray Square site, previously the Mitre 10 location (former Sam Miguel Hotel) was purchased in 2003 for $20 million. The approval was granted through the land and environment court for 45 residential apartments and approximately 6,000 square metres of retail and commercial space.

Hausman, pre committed leases to Harris Farm and ABC Child Care and ended up negotiating a pre sale to Stockland in excess of $40 million prior to construction. With these pre commitments in place funding was arranged and the development was completed in 2009.

The development to this day has reshaped the retail precinct of Cammeray. The size of the land allowed Hausman to create a true leisure destination that is enjoyed by countless people every day.
